As their business journey accelerated, Oatly’s creative and cross-functional teams faced the challenges of managing an increasing number of complex projects, often using a variety of disjointed tools and manual processes.</p><p>In 2022, Oatly’s creative department recognised the need for a more efficient solution and began exploring options for project management. This sparked the start of their collaboration with Omnitas. Their focus shifted to consolidating all their project management tools company-wide, seeking a platform that could rapidly adapt to ever-changing business processes and support continued growth. This is where Oatly, together with Omnitas, embarked on a transformative journey towards implementing <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" class=\"text-blue-link cursor-pointer hover:underline\" href=\"http://monday.com\">monday.com</a> into their operations.</p><p>In this article, we’re delighted to share insights from our recent interview with Carolin Twietmeyer, Project Manager at Oatly. She played a key role in leading this transformation. They faced familiar growing pains: managing ongoing projects across various teams that relied on a landscape of different solutions.
