I work with sales, PMO, and operations teams in growing organizations — usually when work starts feeling heavier instead of clearer. Most of my work is around designing and adjusting work management systems so they don’t fall apart once teams start using them day to day. I’ve worked across CRM, project and portfolio management, HR, operations, migrations, and training. Across very different contexts, the same pattern shows up: when systems don’t reflect how teams actually work, people start working around them. I focus on how setup decisions affect everyday behavior — what gets adopted, what gets ignored, and what quietly stops scaling over time.
