"description": "<p><strong>NeXtWind </strong>is one of the most exciting growth companies in the German energy sector.</p><p>Its business model involves <strong>purchasing existing wind farms, modernizing them technically, expanding them, and thus significantly increasing energy production</strong>.</p><p> </p><p>The company has grown to <strong>over 170 employees </strong>in recent years and is one of the most innovative players in repowering—a highly complex project business with many internal and external stakeholders (investors, authorities, technology partners, experts, etc.).</p><p></p><p><strong>Initial situation</strong></p><p>Over 100 employees worked in parallel on projects that often lasted months or even years. The complexity is high: repowering measures, due diligence, modernization, approval processes, extensive investor communication, and strict regulatory requirements.</p><p>Although <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" class=\"text-blue-link cursor-pointer hover:underline\" href=\"http://monday.com\"><strong>monday.com</strong></a><strong> was already in use</strong>, there was a lack of standards: different board structures, inconsistent status logic, few automations, no templates, and no consistent project structure plan.</p><p></p><p>In short, NeXtWind was reaching its limits amid strong growth and needed a scalable system.</p><p></p><p><strong>Objective</strong></p><p>NeXtWind wanted to set up a project management system within a few weeks that:</p><ul><li><p>creates a uniform structure for all repowering projects</p></li><li><p>is based on templates and enables quick onboarding</p></li><li><p>defines clear roles, responsibilities, and milestones</p></li><li><p>automates stakeholder and investor updates</p></li><li><p>reduced reporting efforts from hours to minutes</p></li><li><p>was technically stable and expandable</p></li><li><p>supported the company's strong growth</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Initial <strong>results were to be visible after 4–6 weeks</strong>, with the complete setup after 8–12 weeks.</p><p></p><p><strong>Solution & approach</strong></p><p></p><ol><li><p><u>Development of a uniform project management logic</u></p></li></ol><p>Together with the operational management team, we created a clear, repeatable project structure plan – with defined milestones, work packages, status designations, document structures, and responsibilities.</p><p></p><p>Important: The standard was developed with the employees, not “imposed.”</p><p></p><ol start=\"2\"><li><p><u>Technical implementation in </u><a rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" class=\"text-blue-link cursor-pointer hover:underline\" href=\"http://monday.com\"><u>monday.com</u></a></p></li></ol><p>We built a completely template-based system that covers all project types:</p><ul><li><p>Uniform boards for timeline, risks, stakeholders, approvals, budget</p></li><li><p>Uniform dashboards for management and investors</p></li><li><p>15–20 automations per project</p></li><li><p>Clean status logic and naming conventions</p></li><li><p>Automated stakeholder and investor updates</p></li><li><p>A technical system that is stable and expandable</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>A new project can now be started in 30 seconds</strong> – identical setup, identical structure, immediately understandable</p><p></p><ol start=\"3\"><li><p><u>Empowering employees</u></p></li></ol><p>Through workshops, training sessions, feedback rounds, and a sustainable onboarding model, teams quickly became productive. New project managers are now working cleanly in the system after just a few days.</p><p></p><p><strong>Conclusion</strong></p><p>NeXtWind impressively demonstrates that getting the most out of <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" class=\"text-blue-link cursor-pointer hover:underline\" href=\"http://monday.com\">monday.com</a> r<strong>equires, above all, a clear structure</strong>.</p><p>With a clear understanding of the project, standardized templates, and a technically clean <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" class=\"text-blue-link cursor-pointer hover:underline\" href=\"http://monday.com\">monday.com</a> setup, the company now has a scalable foundation for all repowering projects.</p>",
