The organization, a Michigan-based innovation accelerator supporting startup founders through funding, growth, and milestone stages, was experiencing significant operational friction: Salesforce had become stale due to adoption difficulty, workflows were diverging across platforms, and there was no ability to aggregate company-level data across workspaces.</p><p>Wild 6 led the engagement from strategy through execution, beginning with a structured discovery process to map existing workflows, identify pain points, and define the target architecture. The solution centered on a <strong>multi-board CRM structure</strong> separating Accounts (startup companies), Contacts (founders and key stakeholders), and Engagements (tracked relationships and funding milestones), creating the single source of truth the organization had been missing.</p><p>Core deliverables included full <strong>platform setup and configuration</strong> across all boards, tailored to the organization's stage-gate processes and departmental needs across Operations, Support, and Marketing. <strong>Data migration</strong> from Salesforce was scoped and executed to bring over relevant contact and company records. <strong>Workflow optimization</strong> unified the founder lifecycle from new company intake through engagement tracking, venture due diligence, and milestone reporting into a cohesive, repeatable process. Native <strong>integrations</strong> with Outlook and DocuSign were configured, and <strong>automations</strong> were built to reduce manual handoffs and keep data current without relying on individual users to maintain it.</p><p>A <strong>sandbox environment</strong> was built and shared with the client for review and feedback prior to production rollout, ensuring alignment before full deployment. <strong>Training and enablement</strong> were delivered to support adoption across the 40-person team, addressing the change management gap that had undermined their prior Salesforce implementation.</p><p>The engagement is ongoing, with Wild 6 continuing to support the foundation as their Monday CRM usage matures and expands.</p>",

The client needed better visibility into resource capacity across projects, stronger test case and defect management, and reusable templates so new client projects could be launched without rebuilding the same delivery structure from scratch. Their existing setup handled project schedules and RAIDQ tracking, but did not provide an end-to-end resource allocation view across all projects or a complete testing and defect workflow.</strong></p><p><strong>The solution included a private PMO workspace, master template boards, active project folders, and portfolio-level dashboards. Wild 6 designed master boards for project delivery schedules, resource allocation, test management, defect management, RAIDQ, change requests, feature backlog, cutover planning, and portfolio reporting. The system was structured so Kliqtek could duplicate templates for new client projects, adjust dates, allocate resources, invite the right client team, and begin execution much faster.</strong></p><p><strong>A key focus was forward-looking capacity planning. The system was designed to allow leadership to see 6+ months ahead by week, view capacity by person and skill, identify future overloads before they become urgent, and adjust staffing or project timing earlier. It also supported audit-ready delivery artifacts, client-safe collaboration, and dashboards for project health, testing progress, open defects, RAIDQ status, milestones, and resource forecasting.</strong></p><p><strong>Wild 6 also mapped automations for test and defect management, including automatically creating a defect when a test case fails, linking the defect back to the test case, and updating the test case when the defect is ready for retest. The final system gave Kliqtek a more repeatable and scalable delivery model for managing Workday implementation projects, improving visibility, governance, and project readiness across their portfolio.</strong></p>",

The system was designed to manage listings, leads, deals, contacts, activities, documents, communication, and post-sale execution in one connected workspace.</p><p>The build included a Deals Board to manage the listing pipeline from new intake through active, under contract, closed, or lost. Wild 6 also created a Post-Sale Board to manage the execution process after a deal goes under contract, including contract processing, pre-closing, closing, post-closing tasks, and standardized phase-based checklists.</p><p>Supporting CRM boards were also created for accounts, contacts, leads, and activities, allowing the team to manage buyers, sellers, brokerages, law offices, vendors, emails, calls, tasks, and follow-ups in one system. Automations and forms were configured to create deals and tasks, move items based on statuses and dates, send email templates from <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" class=\"text-blue-link cursor-pointer hover:underline\" href=\"http://monday.com\">monday.com</a>, notify users when tagged, and keep communication and documents organized.</p><p>The result was a scalable real estate CRM and transaction workflow that gave the team a single source of truth for listings and transactions, clearer handoffs from sales to transaction coordination, better visibility into closed volume and commissions, and fewer missed tasks or follow-ups.</p>",
