Each sheet required manual conversion into 15–30 separate production unit records: dimensions, materials, finishes, hinges, and hardware. A skilled employee spent two hours on every single page, and human entry errors regularly caused costly production failures: wrong dimensions, missing components, mismatched finishes.</p><p>We built an AI pipeline that accepts any PDF or image and extracts dimensions, configurations, material specs, and special instructions into structured JSON records. Those records flow automatically into the correct monday board, one row per production unit, fully populated and ready for the factory floor. The pipeline runs on <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" class=\"text-blue-link cursor-pointer hover:underline\" href=\"http://Make.com\">Make.com</a> using OCR and Vision models, connected directly to monday's GraphQL API.</p><p>The result: paper disappeared from the team's mental space entirely. Drag in a PDF, and monday already has clean, organized rows ready for work. No typing. No double-checking. No \"who's entering the plan into the board?\" The factory receives clean data, and the employees who spent hours on manual entry are now free for what actually requires a human: thinking, reviewing exceptions, making decisions. Scaling order volume is no longer a question of hiring.</p>",

The engine uses Switch Dynamics with 100+ pricing rules, injects unique milestone tables per service with no duplicates, supports both Hebrew and English, automatically hides discount columns when no discount applies, and handles errors with Retry and Rollback logic. The output: a finished, client-ready PDF in 30 seconds.</p><p>The result: the proposal goes out the moment the client asks. No more \"I'll get back to you tomorrow with a quote.\" No more half-day sessions in Word. The team shifts from chasing proposals to treating them as a given: requested, sent, closed. Every proposal comes out formatted, clean, and free of surprises. Adding a new service to the catalog just happens, and from that moment on it appears in every output automatically.</p>",

Each branch has its own catalog, formulas, milestone breakdown, and document template. The same engine handles projects spanning multiple branches without breaking.</p><p>The result: the proposal is ready before the client finishes the phone call. Three separate pricing systems became one simple tool that just works. Pricing disputes, the kind that burned entire days and sometimes involved a lawyer, simply disappeared. The company stopped fearing complex projects and started seeking them out. The sense of control is absolute: every project, no matter how complicated, feels like just another routine proposal.</p>",

It automatically filters the board to rows where the user is an Owner or Assignee, updates in real time as the board changes, performs at full speed on boards with 500+ items through full Pagination support, and includes complete Hebrew RTL support with diacritic normalization.</p><p>The result: every rep opens the board in the morning and sees their world, and only their world. No filtering. No setup. No \"wait, how do I do that again?\" The massive shared board becomes a personal board without anyone having to think about it. The team starts the day from a place of clarity, not chaos. The central board stays clean and intact, and there are no more ten duplicated boards to maintain.</p>",

The workflow was painful: print the form, fill it in by hand, sign it, photograph or scan it, then manually upload it back to the monday item. Every cycle took 10–15 minutes. Forms were lost between printing and uploading. Handwritten signatures were illegible. There was no connection between the data in monday and what was written on the form.</p><p>We built a custom Item View app that lives inside the item itself in monday. When loaded, it identifies the current item, loads the relevant visual form template, and auto-populates the correct fields from the item: delivery date, client name, order number, phone, address, and contact person. A sidebar opens with additional manual fields the user can complete, with two-way sync keeping the sidebar and form perfectly aligned. The team no longer needs to think about which file to use — the system understands the project and shows only what is relevant. Cell merging is applied automatically to the plot column when multiple buildings share a plot. Both VAT-inclusive and VAT-exclusive pricing are supported, with 18% VAT calculated automatically.</p><p>The result: projects that used to take half a day now take minutes. The team sends a proposal with complete confidence, no fear that a number slipped through or that a table does not add up correctly. The document that comes out looks professional and polished, ready to send to the client as-is or to be edited further. If the client requests a small change, one number is updated and the entire document updates with it, exactly as a document should behave.</p></blockquote>",

Communications lived in separate places. monday's Email & Activities captured only emails; WhatsApp conversations stayed on the salesperson's phone; nobody had the full picture. A new rep taking over a client had no way to know what was said to them yesterday on WhatsApp. When a manager wanted to understand what was happening with a specific client, they had to read through dozens of emails, ask the salesperson for WhatsApp screenshots, and piece it together manually.</p><p>We built a custom Item View app that lives inside the client card in monday and displays a complete, live client file. The app identifies the client by their email addresses and automatically pulls all emails from monday's Email & Activities, both inbound and outbound. In parallel, we built an integration with Green API that syncs all WhatsApp messages for the client automatically into the file, with smart phone number detection supporting international and local formats (972..., 05..., or the last 9 digits). All activity is displayed in its own tab with color coding by type (WhatsApp in green, email in blue, inbound and outbound distinguished). The file is fully searchable and filterable. An AI Summary button generates a summary of all communications and decisions made. A chat interface is also available, letting users ask questions like \"what did the client request in the last meeting?\" and get a direct answer.</p><p>The result: the rep opens the client in monday and sees everything: what was written, what was said, what was promised. No more \"hold on, let me check with Yossi on WhatsApp.\" No more lost conversations. When a new rep takes over a client, they can get fully up to speed in minutes, not days. The manager sees the entire relationship at a glance and clicks \"Summarize\" to get the key points. The client feels remembered: every person who speaks with them knows exactly where they are in the story, and nobody has to start from the beginning.</p></blockquote>",
