Additionally, the automation validates whether required information from earlier stages has been completed. If specific data points are present, conditional items are generated automatically to extend the workflow logic.</p><p>Beyond the technical setup, we supported the rollout with structured change management, including stakeholder alignment sessions, process documentation, live workshops, and self-paced training materials to ensure long-term adoption.</p><p>The result is a fully standardized yet flexible CRM workflow that significantly reduces manual setup, minimizes human error, and increases operational efficiency.</p>",

Employees submit working hours via one form and vacation or overtime reduction requests via another.</p><p>Through Make automation, requests are matched with a centralized employee database board. Managers are automatically notified and can immediately view remaining vacation balance, accumulated overtime, and current deficits directly within monday.</p><p>Once a request is approved, the employee receives an automated confirmation, and the leave entry is simultaneously synced to a shared team calendar, ensuring company-wide visibility.</p><p>To guarantee successful adoption, we implemented structured change management including leadership alignment, HR process mapping, live user workshops, and self-paced training modules for employees and managers.</p><p>The solution created a fully integrated HR workflow within <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" class=\"text-blue-link cursor-pointer hover:underline\" href=\"http://monday.com\">monday.com</a>, improving transparency, reducing administrative effort, and accelerating decision-making.</p>",

The only required input is their employee ID. Based on this ID, the system automatically matches the request with the employee database and instantly notifies the responsible manager and their designated deputy.</p><p>If the employee extends their sick leave, SuperForm’s update functionality is used to modify the existing case rather than creating duplicates. A built-in counter tracks how many times the employee has reported sick within the same case.</p><p>Automated reminders are triggered if no medical certificate (AU) has been uploaded within the defined timeframe.<br>If the case involves an electronic medical certificate (eAU), a dedicated HR workflow is automatically initiated, generating the necessary internal tasks.</p><p>We also integrated differentiated email templates that automatically notify employees if they report sick multiple times within the same period without submitting a medical certificate.</p><p>In the background, a structured HR process within <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" class=\"text-blue-link cursor-pointer hover:underline\" href=\"http://monday.com\">monday.com</a> ensures full visibility. The HR team can clearly track:</p><ul><li><p>Whether documentation has been added to the personnel file</p></li><li><p>Whether updates have been transferred to other HR tools</p></li><li><p>Which steps are still pending</p></li></ul><p>To ensure smooth adoption, we supported the implementation with structured change management, including stakeholder alignment sessions, HR process documentation, live workshops for managers and HR staff, and self-paced training materials for employees.</p><p>The result is a fully transparent, automated, and compliant sick leave process that significantly reduces administrative effort while improving response times and policy adherence.</p>",
