After 15+ months of collaboration, they were already running their operations on <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" class=\"text-blue-link cursor-pointer hover:underline\" href=\"http://monday.com\">monday.com</a> with 109 boards, 262 automations, and 97 workflows. The next step was bringing AI into the picture.</p><p></p><h3><strong>The Problem</strong> </h3><p></p><p>Guest communications were scattered across multiple platforms: Guesty, Airbnb, VRBO, <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" class=\"text-blue-link cursor-pointer hover:underline\" href=\"http://Booking.com\">Booking.com</a>, and others. Managing a single guest interaction required jumping between all of these systems, with no centralized visibility into urgency, context, or team performance. Each conversation took 15–25 minutes to handle.</p><p></p><h3><strong>What We Built</strong> </h3><p></p><p>A custom AI-powered Vibe App called the <strong>Guest Services Portal</strong> — a unified hub built inside <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" class=\"text-blue-link cursor-pointer hover:underline\" href=\"http://monday.com\">monday.com</a> that pulls all guest conversations from every platform (Guesty, Airbnb, VRBO, <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" class=\"text-blue-link cursor-pointer hover:underline\" href=\"http://Booking.com\">Booking.com</a> and more) into one single place. Today, the team receives and replies to every guest message directly from the <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" class=\"text-blue-link cursor-pointer hover:underline\" href=\"http://monday.com\">monday.com</a> Vibe app, no more switching between tabs or platforms. The app gives the team:</p><p></p><ul><li><p>A single visual dashboard of all active guest conversations</p></li><li><p>Real-time sentiment analysis (from Delighted to Furious), with urgent cases surfacing automatically</p></li><li><p>AI-generated task names from guest messages</p></li><li><p>The ability to reply to guests directly inside <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" class=\"text-blue-link cursor-pointer hover:underline\" href=\"http://monday.com\">monday.com</a></p></li><li><p>One-click executive AI reports with emotional state, timeline, action items, and agent ratings</p></li><li><p>KPIs per agent with traffic-light indicators — green, yellow, and red signals that instantly flag performance issues, response time delays, or quality drops at the individual level, giving directors full visibility without reading a single message<br></p></li></ul><h3><strong>The Impact</strong> </h3><p></p><p>What used to take 15+ minutes per guest now takes under 2. After 15+ months building the operational foundation on <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" class=\"text-blue-link cursor-pointer hover:underline\" href=\"http://monday.com\">monday.com</a>, the next step was unifying everything into a single AI-powered experience.</p><p></p><h3><strong>The Problem</strong> </h3><p></p><p>Every blanket, appliance, and linen moved by phone call or WhatsApp message — with no trail, no visibility, and no way to know what was where. Office staff managed 60 properties in Excel, field operators received instructions by message, and purchases were made without knowing real stock levels. The result: duplicate orders, inventory loss, wasted field trips, and reactive replenishment that constantly fell behind.</p><p></p><h3><strong>What We Built</strong> </h3><p></p><p>A custom Vibe App called the <strong>Laundry Operations & Purchasing Portal</strong> — a single interface connected in real time to all <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" class=\"text-blue-link cursor-pointer hover:underline\" href=\"http://monday.com\">monday.com</a> boards, replacing spreadsheets, phone calls, and WhatsApp threads entirely.
