This included creating dedicated boards for enquiries, Xero quotes, production, and monthly completed jobs.</p></li><li><p><strong>Xero and </strong><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" class=\"text-blue-link cursor-pointer hover:underline\" href=\"http://monday.com\"><strong>monday.com</strong></a><strong> integration:</strong> We built a robust integration between Xero and <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" class=\"text-blue-link cursor-pointer hover:underline\" href=\"http://monday.com\">monday.com</a>. This automation ensures that all “sent” quotes from Xero are automatically populated in the “Xero Quotes” board on <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" class=\"text-blue-link cursor-pointer hover:underline\" href=\"http://monday.com\">monday.com</a>, eliminating manual data entry and ensuring no quote is missed. We also created an automation to create customer contacts in Xero directly from <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" class=\"text-blue-link cursor-pointer hover:underline\" href=\"http://monday.com\">monday.com</a>.</p></li><li><p><strong>Automated artwork approval workflow:</strong> We designed and implemented a new artwork approval system. This system sends an automated email to the client with links to approve or reject the artwork. Their response is then automatically updated in the <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" class=\"text-blue-link cursor-pointer hover:underline\" href=\"http://monday.com\">monday.com</a> board, providing real-time status updates and a clear audit trail.</p></li><li><p><strong>PDF quote accessibility:</strong> To solve the issue of team members needing to view Xero quotes without having a Xero subscription, we created an automation to generate a PDF of the quote and attach it to the relevant item on the <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" class=\"text-blue-link cursor-pointer hover:underline\" href=\"http://monday.com\"><strong>monday.com</strong></a> board. This provided easy access to all necessary information without additional software costs.</p></li><li><p><strong>Streamlined communication and task management:</strong> We set up automations to assign job owners, set due dates, and send reminders, ensuring that everyone on the team is aware of their responsibilities and deadlines. We also enabled email integration to keep all communication related to a project within the <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" class=\"text-blue-link cursor-pointer hover:underline\" href=\"http://monday.com\">monday.com</a> platform.</p></li><li><p><strong>Customized dashboards and reporting:</strong> We created a sales dashboard in <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" class=\"text-blue-link cursor-pointer hover:underline\" href=\"http://monday.com\">monday.com</a> that provides a real-time overview of the sales pipeline, production values, and completed jobs.
