The main objective was to provide a complete and centralized view of all leads generated — both from social campaigns and other channels — and of the clients, both regular and new, handled by the agency.</p><p></p><h3>Implemented Solution</h3><p>We introduced the <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" class=\"text-blue-link cursor-pointer hover:underline\" href=\"http://Monday.com\"><span><strong>Monday.com</strong></span></a> CRM as a single platform for managing customer relationships, automating the quotation phase and client communications with the help of customized external integrations.<br>The automations implemented optimized internal processes, reduced response times, and ensured full traceability of every negotiation, as well as providing a comprehensive overview of the commercial situation through customized dashboards and reports.</p><p></p><h3>Post-Sales and Ticketing Management</h3><p>Beyond the management of leads and negotiations, the system now allows effective monitoring of the post-sales phase and client ticketing, with a direct link to the agency’s product price list. This allowed improving service quality and managing ongoing contracts.</p><p></p><h3>Security and Access Management</h3><p>Thanks to the use of the Enterprise plan of <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" class=\"text-blue-link cursor-pointer hover:underline\" href=\"http://Monday.com\"><span><strong>Monday.com</strong></span></a>, the project guaranteed high security standards: each collaborator has personalized access permissions to boards, items, or workspaces relevant to their role.
