Sync items from any board into Heymarket as contacts, map your monday columns to contact fields, and text customers over SMS and MMS without leaving monday.</p><p>Every message sent or received is posted back to the item as an update, so the full conversation history lives alongside the rest of your work. Contacts created in Heymarket can flow back to your mapped boards, keeping both systems in sync.</p><p>Pricing &amp; Requirements</p><p>Heymarket for monday.com is free to install. It is an add-on to Heymarket, our business text messaging platform, so an active Heymarket account is required to use it.</p><p>New customers receive a 14-day free trial. After the trial, a paid Heymarket plan is required. We do not offer a free plan.</p><p>Billing is handled entirely by Heymarket — nothing is purchased through monday.</p><p>See <a href=\"https://www.heymarket.com/pricing\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Heymarket pricing</a> for plan details.</p><p><strong>How to use</strong></p><p>Before you start: You need an active Heymarket account. If you don't have one, sign up at <a href=\"https://www.heymarket.com/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">heymarket.com</a> and start your 14-day free trial.</p><p>The monday app is free to install, but a Heymarket account (trial or paid plan) is required for the integration to work.</p><ol><li>Install Heymarket for monday.com from the monday marketplace.</li><li>In Heymarket, go to Settings &gt; Integrations &gt; monday.com, click Connect, and authorize the app on your monday account.</li><li>Choose which boards to sync and map your monday columns to Heymarket contact fields such as name, phone, and email.</li><li>Open any item on a mapped board and use the Heymarket item view to text that contact and view the full message history on the item.</li></ol><p>Important: Account Availability &amp; Regional Restrictions</p><p>New Heymarket accounts can currently only be created from US and Canadian IP addresses.</p><p>If you attempt to sign up from outside the United States or Canada, the account will not be created.</p><p>If signup does not complete, any later sign-in attempt — including Sign in with Google — may return “Account not found.” Repeating the signup or sign-in process will produce the same result.</p><p>In this situation, the issue is almost always that the Heymarket account was never created, rather than a problem with your Google account or the monday.com integration.</p><p>Already have a Heymarket account?</p><p>This restriction applies only to creating a new account.
