One morning email of everything due, across all boards.
📬 DayBrief: your monday work, in your inbox every morning
monday keeps each person's work inside the platform. If someone does not open the app, due dates quietly pass. DayBrief closes that gap.
⏰ What it does
Every morning DayBrief sends each enrolled person one clean email: everything assigned to them that is overdue, due today, or coming up this week, pulled from every board they can see and grouped by board. It goes out at the time and on the weekdays you set, in each person's own timezone. Quiet days are skipped, so the inbox stays trustworthy.
🛠️ How it works
An admin installs it once, enrolls the people who should get a brief, sets the schedule, and that is it. A master switch turns the whole thing on or off. Each recipient gets a self-service link in every email to manage their own send time, weekdays, or unsubscribe, with no monday login required.
🔒 Privacy by design
Only configuration and delivery metadata are stored. Task content is never retained. Email is delivered by an EU processor (Mailjet). No analytics, no trackers.
