After two decades in film & TV, producing award-winning campaigns for some of the world’s biggest brands, I turned to tech consulting to solve a problem I kept seeing in business: Growth had made many companies more ‘successful…’ But less in control. Messy, siloed systems. Endless spreadsheets. Teams reacting instead of executing. Leaders spending more time firefighting than leading. We realised: 1. Chaos isn’t caused by growth - it’s caused by systems that don’t scale. 2. The bigger the business, the more invisible the problems become. See, control isn’t micromanagement. It’s visibility, predictability, and the confidence to lead from the front. Most implementations fail because vendors dump a ‘finished’ system on the team, then disappear. This led me to build Axela. A tech consulting firm and monday.com partner that delivers phased, bespoke builds designed for adoption. We eliminate chaos, restore control, and give leaders a business that runs with calm predictability (without the cut-and-run rollouts that waste investment).
