Vishy provides technical leadership for implementations and delivery of solutions to clients. This includes managing ad driving the pre-and post-delivery efforts. He coordinates and provides technical guidance to the implementation and infrastructure team to ensure that preparations for go-live are made and followed to ensure a successful delivery. Vishy also coordinates with clients on the integration efforts needed to achieve. Vishy is actively involved in all facets of the implementation of solutions for customers. Vishy has demonstrated proven leadership skills in implementing enterprise data management, including CRM, ERP, data architecture & design, metadata repositories, and business intelligence applications across the enterprise. His experience encompasses implementing global CRM projects, managing disparate groups of developers, data warehouses, reporting, multiple databases, data migration & cleansing, multi-dimensional data modeling and business process re-engineering.
