As their business journey accelerated, Oatly’s creative and cross-functional teams faced the challenges of managing an increasing number of complex projects, often using a variety of disjointed tools and manual processes.</p><p>In 2022, Oatly’s creative department recognised the need for a more efficient solution and began exploring options for project management. This sparked the start of their collaboration with Omnitas. Their focus shifted to consolidating all their project management tools company-wide, seeking a platform that could rapidly adapt to ever-changing business processes and support continued growth.
