While this spoke to the scale and momentum of the organisation, it also resulted in fragmented event and client management, making it harder to maintain a single, connected view of their rapidly expanding network.</p><p></p><p>NORA’s challenge was not a lack of activity, but the opposite. With so many moving parts across events, partnerships and community engagement, the team needed a more unified way to stay aligned with client data. Their existing event management and CRM tools were not being used to their full potential, creating unnecessary complexity for a team operating in a fast, high-growth environment.</p><p></p><h2><strong>The solution</strong></h2><ul><li><p>With monday CRM, Mint Consulting was able to <strong>integrate their operations and client data</strong> into a single platform.</p></li><li><p>We tailored fit the <strong>setup and customisation of their monday CRM</strong> that supports lead generation, opportunity tracking, sales monitoring, and client data management.</p></li><li><p>The setup involved <strong>data migration of existing CRM data</strong> from Google Sheets, and CVENT to monday CRM for continuity.</p></li><li><p>Further, <strong>event management was connected with CRM data</strong> to ensure that handling events and client relationships go hand-in-hand.</p></li><li><p>Considering the complexity and volume of client data, <strong>multiple integrations</strong> were also set up - such as email connections for mass emailing and updating contact groups in Mailchimp through a monday form using <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" class=\"text-blue-link cursor-pointer hover:underline\" href=\"http://make.com\">make.com</a>.</p></li></ul>",
