Dat traject verliep soepel dankzij directe ondersteuning en duidelijke communicatie.</p><p>Toen Gorilla hun eigen projectaanpak in <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" class=\"text-blue-link cursor-pointer hover:underline\" href=\"http://monday.com\">monday.com</a> liet zien, werd al snel duidelijk dat dit platform ook voor Noordhoff Zorg een volgende stap kon zijn.</p><p>Eerdere ervaringen met Asana en Jira hadden laten zien dat veel tools ofwel te beperkt waren, of te technisch aanvoelden.</p><p><a rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" class=\"text-blue-link cursor-pointer hover:underline\" href=\"http://Monday.com\">Monday.com</a> bood juist de intuïtieve bediening en flexibiliteit die Noordhoff zocht: aantrekkelijk vormgegeven, eenvoudig deelbaar met klanten en externe partijen, en toch krachtig genoeg voor complexe processen.</p><p>De uitrol begon uitdagend, omdat de leerpadenproductie complex bleek. Gorilla schakelde echter snel: een andere specialist, on-site sessies en nauwere afstemming zorgden dat het vertrouwen groeide.</p><p>Elke afdeling kreeg een eigen werkruimte, processen werden gestandaardiseerd en er ontstond een superusergroep die kennis deelt en adoptie versnelt.</p><p>Zo ontwikkelde <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" class=\"text-blue-link cursor-pointer hover:underline\" href=\"http://Monday.com\">Monday.com</a> zich van een supporttool tot een centrale spil waar marketingcampagnes, leerpaden, klantprojecten en zelfs urenregistratie samenkomen.</p>",
