The project plan templates were not readily available in a central repository. There was low visibility on client portfolio and deliverable status.</span></p><p></p><p><span>WPP needed to connect distributed teams, consolidate data and deliver stronger client work.</span></p><p></p><p><span>The initial monday phase provided a centralized project template repository.</span></p><p></p><p><strong>THE SOLUTION</strong></p><p></p><p><span>The second phase focused on critical data integrations leveraging </span><a rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" class=\"text-blue-link cursor-pointer hover:underline\" href=\"http://Make.com\"><span>Make.com</span></a><span> APIs to create an infrastructure for unified data for the teams to plan and manage work. Monday solution established trust in data and made it transparent across the enterprise.</span></p><p></p><p><span>A central top level client board was developed to provide visibility to client tasks. All project intelligence for the client rolled up into 2 boards.</span></p><p></p><p><span>There is now a full client history in one system, all assets are accessible from a central location, visibility into deliverables and due dates are known.</span></p>",
