Data Quality directly impacts your company growth. Feedback from our Customers showed that large boards accumulate Duplicate items. These can prove quite difficult to remove without losing time or pertinent data. Synolia's Data Clean App allows you to quickly track and merge Duplicates items.
Yes, with Data Clean you can:
- Select a few columns and let the App identify and regroup Duplicates
- Merge your items and keep most/last recent non-empty data in just one click
- Select Status column to automatically change statuses and start automation
- Edit items values if you need to straighten up the data before the merge
- Sort items by Modification Date in each group of Duplicates

Reviews
AP: Had such a difficult time displaying duplicated in a column. We just needed to find them, not necessary merge them and the default feature offered by the system is not "eye-friendly". Thank you so much, it's so helpful, efficient and free.
R: buena app solo queria saber porque dejo de funcionar
TD: the only thing its lacking for me is automations
