Does the developer periodically perform penetration testing?

Our app support, which forwards all security or privacy related question to the correct person. Reachable under [email protected] or https://support.decadis.net/

We only use React components provided by monday, which means all input is sanitized by the React framework. In addition, we don't use any dangerouslySetInnerHTML-function that could circumvent it.

As our app is frontend-only using only components provided by monday.com, there are neither targets nor means for an CSRF-attack

There is no separate service requiring application-level updates. Our app runs entirely within monday, so all required updates there are done automatically by monday. For vulnerabilities in our code or included software packages, we provide security patches within 90 days of the vulnerability becoming known.

We are not pertaining any logs, so no secrets or PII can be stored accidentally.

Each customers configuration data is only stored in their instance itself. This segregates their data by design. We also store some app sales life-cycle events for contractual communication, which are also logically segregated in data storage.

All employees with customer data access are required to use 2-Factor-Authentication to login and access the data.

We transfer and store customer PII during the life-cycle events of the app (during licensing via the marketplace) for contractual communication. As such, a group of privileged users has access to this data, to be able to support our customers on contractual matters.
