With Feedback & Approval, you can allow anyone to see and update any fields belonging to existing items in your boards and much more:
- Generate URLs linked to your board's items that can be shared with others via automated email.
- Files such as Images and PDF can be previewed and downloaded in the interface
- The person(s) receiving the link can see authorized fields in the web interface and update them accordingly
- At any time, the link can be deactivated manually or via a native monday.com automation (For example, after the feedback is submitted so that the user cannot submit it twice)
- Users can approve by updating a status or inputting their signature in the interface.
Many use cases are possible, here are few of them:
📌 A marketing company sends artworks to clients, who can then approve/reject them, submit a rating and comment on the artwork received.
📌 Collect feedback from your clients > They can now rate your services without having access to your monday.com account.
Avoid creating new items via forms; users will update directly your existing items which would make your workflow more efficient!
