Private Notes and Private Comments app is excellent for teams that want to have private conversations. You can keep your team's comments about the selected item private from guest users or viewers. Comments about the selected item on the board are kept under the item view. In addition, the app allows you to hide your notes under the item view. Notes can be visible only to the user who saves them.
With the help of the App,
- You can share your comments or codes with internal team members about an item and your comments will not be visible to your clients.
- You can keep your note private from everybody else under the private note item view.
- You can write comments and take notes in code and rich text format.
The app provides two different 3 item views;
- Private Notes+ Item view enables you to keep your individual comments and notes about items selected by you.
- Private Comments+ item view enables you to make internal conversations with your collogues. These private comments are not visible to guest members and viewers of the boards
- Board Owner Only Private Comments+ item view enables board owners to make internal conversations with their collogues. These private comments are not visible to other board members of the boards
