With Subitems Pro Templates, save a list of tasks with their properties and deploy them as subitems of any item located on any of your board.
This app help align team members to follow a specific process with a list of tasks for any type of project. And if changes are to be made, they become available for all your team instantly.
This app offers a unique interface on the item view of each board where you can create and manage your templates. Templates can be saved at a user level or an account level, making them sharable with all the members of your account.
Besides creating, editing and apply template, following integrations are supported in this app:
"When Status column change to X deploy the template A"
"When person is assigned deploy template B"
"When Item is created in group of item X, deploy subitem template C"
You can save tasks with their attributes*, that can be very useful when you need the same information to be deploy. For example:
A task assigned to the same person
A PDF instruction file that applies for that task where the team can refer too)
A link to an asset
*Supported columns: Status, checkbox, date, people, dropdown, short text, long text, files, link, and many more.
