Apps whose weekly install rate doubled or halved, comparing installs gained in the last 7 days against installs gained in the 7 days before that.

This is about the rate of change, not the total install count, so it catches a large app suddenly accelerating (or stalling back out) just as well as a small app doubling in size.

Only changes where the larger side of the comparison is at least 100 installs are shown, to keep tiny apps from flooding the list with meaningless swings.

This data is refreshed daily sometime between 00:00 and 03:00 UTC, alongside the install history.
