"description": "<p>Fraternidade Sem Fronteiras is a non-profit organization with international humanitarian operations, present in <strong>8 countries</strong>, with <strong>77 operational hubs</strong>, more than <strong>37,000 people supported</strong>, and the monthly management of approximately <strong>672,000 meals distributed</strong>. The complexity of the operation required a high level of control, transparency, and data reliability, especially to ensure the proper allocation of resources received through donations and investments.</p><p></p><p>Before the implementation of <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" class=\"text-blue-link cursor-pointer hover:underline\" href=\"http://monday.com\">monday.com</a>, the organization’s management relied heavily on <strong>Excel spreadsheets</strong>, with data decentralized across departments, predominantly manual controls, and low process standardization. This scenario created challenges in financial reporting, increased audit risks, limited traceability of financial and operational information, and restricted strategic decision-making and the ability to scale operations safely.</p><p></p><p>MakeITSimple was responsible for designing and structuring the entire solution within <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" class=\"text-blue-link cursor-pointer hover:underline\" href=\"http://monday.com\">monday.com</a>, transforming the platform into the central management system for Fraternidade Sem Fronteiras. All departments began to be managed on the platform, including <strong>IT, Human Resources, contract management, clinics, orphanages, schools, work workshops, orphan management, inventory, and humanitarian projects</strong>.</p><p></p><p>The most strategic deliverable of the project was the creation of the <strong>financial module</strong>, responsible for the complete management of revenues, expenses, donations, and investments. Based on this structure, the <strong>Transparency Portal</strong> was developed, allowing donors to clearly and traceably monitor how resources were being used and which projects they were allocated to. The project was also developed in close collaboration with the organization’s accounting team, ensuring compliance, traceability, and audit readiness.</p><p></p><p>In total, <strong>more than 1,080 automations</strong> were implemented at the beginning of the project, eliminating manual controls, reducing operational errors, and promoting synergy between departments.
