With many temporary workers and colleagues nearing retirement, there was limited insight into contracts, absences and future capacity issues. By moving these processes into <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" class=\"text-blue-link cursor-pointer hover:underline\" href=\"http://monday.com\">monday.com</a>, the team gained full visibility for the first time. Dashboards now show in real time who is ill, on leave or available, and upcoming contract renewals and staffing needs are clearly visible.</p><p></p><h2><strong>Expanding across the organisation</strong></h2><p>After HR, more processes were added that directly support the city’s accessibility.</p><ul><li><p>Recruitment now starts automatically through digital forms with linked workflows</p></li><li><p>Reports and surveys are summarised automatically with AI, which speeds up insights</p></li><li><p>The bicycle depot is fully managed in <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" class=\"text-blue-link cursor-pointer hover:underline\" href=\"http://monday.com\">monday.com</a>, replacing Excel and offering clear registration of all bikes</p></li></ul><p></p><h2><strong>The result</strong></h2><p>Collaboration between the three teams has improved significantly. Everyone now works in one central environment with clear ownership. Processes that were previously fragmented and time consuming now run smoothly and consistently.
