Security & Compliance

Security

Does the developer periodically perform penetration testing?

Not answered

Does the developer have a dedicated security and privacy point of contact for such issues or questions?

Not answered

Does the app restrict redirects and forwards only to approved destinations, or show a warning when redirecting to potentially untrusted content?

No
PageProof doesn't redirect the user away to any content during the proofing process, and therefore we do not have a mechanism for allow lists.

Does the app protect against mass parameter assignment attacks?

Yes
PageProof sanitises all input which are tightly typed - and logic is used to check the input is correctly formed for the object being created. Objects can only take explicitly assigned input.

Does the app perform encoding and sanitization on all user supplied parameters to protect against Cross-Site Scripting?

Yes
All field input is passed through our sanitization functions before it is passed to the function for processing. This converts non-legal html tags into html entities, and secondly we parse out targeted tags such as script tags.

Does the developer protect all state-changing actions against Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF)?

Yes
PageProof protects against CSRF by generating a CSRF Token on the backend for the active session and this must be passed in the request and verified. If the CSRF token cannot be verified, the request is denied.

Does the developer have mechanisms to notify monday.com in case of a security breach?

Yes
monday.com is listed as an interested party in our ISMS (Information Security Management System - document: ISMS-DOC-04-1 - Ref-4.2 Interested party - Suppliers_Partners). This has not been provided due to confidential contents, but our ISO27001 certificate showing audit of the ISMS has been uploaded.

Does this developer have a process for installing application-level updates and security patches for the service (such as software packages and databases)?

Yes
PageProof is hosted on Microsoft Azure - and only uses native platform resources (Azure WebApps, Azure SQL Database, etc). Patching and updates for the operating systems and applications is handled by Microsoft directly. PageProof's application and code is monitored by an automated vulnerability scanner on a daily basis. PageProof's team assess anything highlighted and have the ability to apply any zero-day issues same day.

Compliance

Is the app certified with the information security standard ISO/IEC 27001:2022?

Not answered

Is the app compliant with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)?

Not answered

Is the app certified with System and Organization Controls (SOC 2 or SOC 3)?

Not answered

Is the app compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)?

Not answered

Data

Does the app send any data outside of monday.com? If yes, indicate whether the data is customer-submitted (e.g., board names, item names, doc content) or non-customer-submitted (e.g., account ID, board ID, user ID).

Not answered

Where does the app store logs data?

Not answered

Where does the app store the app data?

Not answered

Does the developer ensure application logs do not contain secrets or personally-identifiable information (PII)?

Yes
PageProof logging is done via a single function which gathers additional information (controlled by specific assignment) before the information is logged. All logging code additions pass through 2x code review to ensure no secrets or PII are logged.

Is customer data segregated from the data of other customers (for example logically or physically)?

Yes
Logical segregation. Firstly, each proof must belong to a team. The team identifier is assigned at proof creation. A proof can only belong to one team. Secondly, proof access is determined by an access list (called a workflow) and this list can limit access further.

Privacy

Does the developer enforce multi-factor authentication on employees access to systems which may process customer data?

Yes
To access systems which hold any customer data you must use your Azure AD credentials and use the Microsoft Authenticator MFA app to approve.

Does the developer protect access to customer data based on the principle of least privilege?

Yes
Access to customer data is only provided on approval from the CTO. PageProof is fully-encrypted, so access to customer data is not possible without further assistance from the customer who owns the data.
