Manage TestRail test cases for items without leaving monday
Manage TestRail test cases for your monday items right from the item UI.
Forget about switching between monday and TestRail trying to remember which test case corresponds to which item and vice versa. After a test case is created, it will be shown as a link in the list of test cases right in your monday item. In TestRail, the test case will have a link pointing to the monday item, for which it has been created. So, you can easily track the connection between item and test case from both the systems.
The following features are supported:
ADDING TEST CASES TO TESTRAIL PROJECTS OF DIFFERENT STRUCTURE
You can add test cases to projects with multiple suites as well as to the projects without any suites.
ADDING TEST CASES FOR ANY HIERARCHY OF SECTIONS
Have your test cases organized across many sections (folders) in TestRail? All of them will be available to you, when creating a test case from monday
LINKING EXISTING TEST CASES FROM TESTRAIL
Test cases, initially created in TestRail, can be linked to monday items with just a couple of clicks
ANALYTICS FROM TESTRAIL
View testing status across projects, test plans and test runs. The app also allows to analyse test case results across multiple test runs.

Select any of your TestRail templates (BDD, steps, etc.) when creating a test case for your monday item
TYPES & PRIORITIES
Feature in your monday item should be tested from different angles? The app allows you to create the proper test cases for each of them. Of course, some of the tests will be more important than others. You can specify it by selecting priority when creating a test case.
REMOVAL OF TEST CASES
Something changed and a test case is not relevant anymore for your monday item? You can safely remove it from the item still keeping it in TestRail, just in case test results will be needed in future.
