We regularily check our logs to see what we are logging and whether it contains information that should not be there. We also do Pull Requests for every change we make

We're not storing any data for customers but if we would, we'd be using monday storage which automatically segmentizes the data.

Privacy

The information is within our monday.com environment which is using SSO (Google) to authenticate. Within Google Workspace MFA is enforced and we also use an extra verification called XFA to make sure the device(s) used are also alligning with our requirements (brower/OS updates, auto update turned on, etc)

Only the dev team has access to the logs (which is the only place where we store data that could be linked to a customer)
