Does the app restrict redirects and forwards only to approved destinations, or show a warning when redirecting to potentially untrusted content?
Yes
we check the url source and data, check that only request with additional data from monday are processed, for example, on the oAuth process, we make sure that the values at "response_type", "client_id", "scope", "state" are as expected from monday. we also redirect only after we validate the token with monday so it must be compatible with.
Does the app protect against mass parameter assignment attacks?
Yes
each parameter is taken exclusively and being checked before entering to DB, the monday code app is not even using a DB, only the secure storage, and there is no option to use Mass Assignment. in our backend, method are not taking permission values from a parameter, only by checking the authenticated user and decide from that, in addition to other restrictions.
Does the app perform encoding and sanitization on all user supplied parameters to protect against Cross-Site Scripting?
Yes
we are using best practices by the code we use: Frontend, angular: all data is sanitized by default. which means html and scripts are not being running from user data. backend: we use TypeORM for nodejs, with all the input parameters being sent as parameter to the SQL query using TypeORM query builder, which is protecting against SQL injection. We also passed the tests performed by monday marketplace team using burp suite software, as well as our own tests, and an external hacker that tried to hack but didn't succeed.
Does the developer protect all state-changing actions against Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF)?

logs are never containing secrets, tokens or passwords. for errors, we do log the internal userid so we can check and fix the error faster and accurate, and know who was affected to reach out with further updates.

we use monday code secure storage. with monday seamless authentication, we get the monday userID and save FillFaster's APIToken into the secure storage under that userID. All monday data and actions are managed exclusively inside monday code. we also store the automations subscription's webhook URL target to trigger the automations created by the users.
Privacy
Does the developer enforce multi-factor authentication on employees access to systems which may process customer data?
No
they don't have access to such systems. and they have permission restrictions on every platform they use. for their Google Workspace account (email+files) we enabled 2FA that needs the CEO approval.

only the main developer (founder) have access to the DB and sensitive data, including finance system etc. other employees have only access to basic information of the users like name, email, company name etc.. all signed on NDA and agreements before got access.
