RB: Wow! I was very skeptical at first as they dont have anything under Security&Compliance (sent them an email, waiting on a response). We started using the service in a controlled work space and it was easy to set up and use and no issues, thusfar.

M: App is always failing to pull correct/accurate data. Multiple times a week must disconnect and reconnect for it to pull data from your Monday.com linked board(s), and even then it will not pull the most-updated data. Extremely frustrating with no support
