Daily Reports to your mailbox

Reporting allows you to get a customizable daily/weekly/monthly email report with a summary of your board's activities directly to your mailbox so you always know where things are at.

What can it be used for?

Reporting can be used for a variety of use cases, few examples:

  • Task Management - How many tasks got closed last week and how many high priority are open per person
  • Project Management - Planned items for this week broken down by status
  • Ticketing - Avg response time last week, new critical tickets, closed tickets per rep
  • CRM - Total pipeline created, new leads per rep, avg deal size, etc;

How does it work?

Reporting has 2 main functionalities:

  1. Email Reports- Get the reports periodically pushed to your mailbox: You basically set up a template report from your board view with all the insights you would like to keep track of. Setting up the insights is super flexible and easy. Then you set up an integration that will trigger that email to be sent every time period to your choice. See here how to set it up.
  2. Summary Reports- Analyze trends from multiple boards overtime: We’ll set up a new board that will be our reports board, each item will represent a date snapshot (e.g 30-Mar-2024) and each column will be a KPI you want to track (e.g: Closed tickets Today, Avg deal size, etc). Then you start setting up those KPI’s (integration center-> Reporting-summary) that will capture those key metrics that you want to track on. Now that you have all KPI’s overtime, it’s very easy to see and analyze business trends using monday.com standard dashboards, Reporting Business Trends tutorial

Security & Compliance

Security

Does the developer periodically perform penetration testing?

No

Does the developer have a dedicated security and privacy point of contact for such issues or questions?

Yes

Does the app restrict redirects and forwards only to approved destinations, or show a warning when redirecting to potentially untrusted content?

Yes
We employ a whitelist approach for redirection, allowing only trusted destinations specified in the whitelist. Any attempt to redirect to a destination outside of the whitelist is automatically rejected, accompanied by a relevant message to notify users

Does the app protect against mass parameter assignment attacks?

Yes
We mitigate mass parameter assignment attacks by implementing strict input validations and utilizing libraries with built-in safeguards. These libraries enforce strong typing and parameter whitelisting, reducing the risk of unauthorized parameter manipulation

Does the app perform encoding and sanitization on all user supplied parameters to protect against Cross-Site Scripting?

Yes
We prioritize protection against XSS attacks by adhering to best practices. This includes robust validation of user input and the use of official, up-to-date libraries when handling data

Does the developer protect all state-changing actions against Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF)?

Yes
We implement robust CSRF protection by securing all endpoints with tokens generated specifically for each user. These tokens, valid for a short period, act as a barrier against unauthorized state changes and data access. Without the valid token, any attempt to modify state or access data is rendered impossible, enhancing the security of our application

Does the developer have mechanisms to notify monday.com in case of a security breach?

Yes
Our team maintains regular communication with the monday.com team, covering various aspects such as features, bugs, and security best practices. In the event of a data breach that could impact monday.com, we prioritize immediate notification through our direct communication channels. We are committed to transparent collaboration, working closely with monday.com to swiftly address the breach and minimize any potential risks or data leakage.

Does this developer have a process for installing application-level updates and security patches for the service (such as software packages and databases)?

Yes
Our infrastructure relies on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for server hosting and management, while our database is managed through MongoDB Atlas. Both GCP and MongoDB Atlas provide regular security updates and patches to safeguard our systems. Additionally, our team stays abreast of emerging vulnerabilities through continuous monitoring of industry sources and threat intelligence feeds. In response to new threats, we prioritize swift action, promptly applying patches and implementing mitigation measures to address any potential risks

Not answered

Where does the app store the app data?

Not answered

Does the developer ensure application logs do not contain secrets or personally-identifiable information (PII)?

Yes
Our logging practices prioritize privacy, ensuring that personally identifiable information (PII) is never retained in our logs. Instead, we solely store IDs for pertinent log processing, maintaining a balance between data utility and user privacy.

Is customer data segregated from the data of other customers (for example logically or physically)?
