Customer data is segregated logically by multi-tenant fashion to ensure privacy and security. Each customer’s data is isolated, ensuring that no customer can access another's information. In our application, the only data we retain from the Monday.com integration is the access token provided by Monday and ServiceNow. This token allows for secure communication between systems without storing sensitive customer data, further reducing the risk of data leakage or unauthorized access. No customer-specific data is stored on our servers, ensuring that all interactions with Monday.com are limited to the necessary tokens for access.
