Hi, We are sorry if the indications were not clear. On our marketplace listing, it is indicated that the automations are only for the Pro plan. We recently added an error message when trying to execute automations using the free plan. Regards

CR: Having MAJOR latency issues with this product. Trying to resolve with customer support, but it takes days for them to respond. My boss has a timer set to ask for a refund of our annual subscription if not resolved soon. All other plugins work low latency
