They can access the ProofEasy Dashboard and can start securing &amp; sharing documents. The process steps are as below:</p><p>Step 1 - User uploads the document to be secured</p><p>Step 2 - The QR code gets generated and is placed in the submitted document</p><p>Step 3 - Next, a unique hash for the document is generated and placed in the blockchain</p><p>Step 4 - The blockchain transaction ID, the hash value, and the URL are stored in a secure database</p><p>Step 5 - The document is now ready for sharing between all concerned parties in a secure environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Why ProofEasy?</strong></p><p>Using the ProofEasy application, one can prevent document tampering in easy steps. The range of documents that can be tamper-proofed and secured includes - medical &amp; lab reports, legal documents, account statements, approved plans, sensitive documents, statistical data &amp; confidential reports. ProofEasy protected documents can also be verified and easily validated. ProofEasy uses blockchain as a trusted point for document verification without the involvement of any 3rd party. Instead of sharing large files, a verification link can be shared. The documents can be downloaded by the user. Each document will always have a blockchain verification certificate attached at its end and a footer indicating the blockchain details. Access to the document can also be controlled based on the email address or OTP.</p><p><br></p><p>ProofEasy is extremely useful for entities that deal with the government, statutory, insurance and other bodies where documents need to be instantly verified &amp; shared, especially to external parties and authorities.</p>",
